GitHub App

Set up automatic PR comments and commit status checks.

The Videlic GitHub App posts a trust score comment on every pull request and sets a commit status check that integrates with branch protection rules.

Installation

  1. Go to your Videlic dashboard → Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Install GitHub App and authorize it for your organization or repositories.
  3. Select which repos should receive PR comments.

What it posts

On every PR that includes an analyzed session, the app comments with:

  • Overall Trust Score with a pass/fail indicator.
  • Summary of findings from each analyzer.
  • Link to the full Videlic report.

Branch protection

Enable the Videlic Trust Score status check in your branch protection rules. PRs with sessions below your threshold will be blocked from merging.
