1. Introduction

Videlic ("we", "us") operates the videlic.dev website and platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: email address, name, and OAuth profile information from GitHub, GitLab, or Google when you sign in.

Session data: AI agent session logs you upload via our CLI or API. This may include file paths, commands executed, tool calls, and agent responses from your coding sessions.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and API calls made, collected to improve the Service.

Payment data: billing is processed by Paddle (our merchant of record). We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and operate the Service (analyze sessions, generate reports, calculate trust scores)
  • Send transactional emails (alerts, trust-score drops, account notifications)
  • Improve the Service and fix bugs
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

4. AI Processing

Session data is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis reports. Data sent to the API is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We use the API in a configuration where your data is not used to train models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Anthropic — for AI analysis (session content)
  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Paddle — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel / Railway — application hosting

6. Data Retention

Session data is retained according to your plan tier:

  • Free: 7 days
  • Pro: 90 days
  • Team: 365 days

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. API tokens are hashed before storage.

8. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access and export your data via the API
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Opt out of non-essential emails

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
