By accessing or using Videlic ("Service"), operated by Videlic ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Videlic is an AI agent observability platform that analyzes coding-agent session logs. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, CLI tool, and integrations with third-party platforms such as GitHub, Slack, and email.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all session data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our merchant of record. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Paddle's terms apply to payment processing.

7. Free Tier

The free plan is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Videlic and protected by intellectual property laws. Your session data remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videlic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
